Message from Peter Maguire, Branch Secretary

Hello my name is Peter Maguire and I am the Secretary for the Rochdale, Oldham and Bury branch of CAMRA. I am writing to invite you to a meeting specifically for members within the Bury Metro area. This will take place upstairs at Wyldes in Bury on 21 March at 19.30. We are holding this meeting here because some members have told us that they were unable to get to the monthly branch meetings held in Rochdale. Other members had told us we should move meetings around the branch. This is our response to those comments. I will chair the meeting and there will be several committee members in attendance as well who also live in the Bury area. We will give you a brief outline of what happens in the branch as a whole and at the monthly meetings as well but the main focus will be to hear your comments and ideas.. We are always keen to get more involvement from our members and feel this is a good way to start this process. I would be pleased if you could advise me if you intend to be at the meeting, so that we can get some ideas of the numbers likely to attend, by sending me an email to ku.oc.oohay@1gamretep.
