Following the branch decision to award certificates to branch pubs in the Good Beer Guide, which have appeared in the guide in excess of twenty years, there will be a presentation at 6pm to the Cemetery Hotel in Rochdale for appearing in the guide 27 times between 1979 and 2026.

The pub is rated three stars on CAMRA's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors for its Grade II - listed Edwardian decor and is well worth a visit.
