Originally a coaching inn built in 1831 this is a very popular well run local with a very warm welcome for young and old alike, an open fire burns in the winter months further enhancing the atmosphere. The landlord keeps an excellent cellar and is passionate about his real ales and a keen supporter of local microbreweries.
